Parsons is seeking a Security Installation Manager to oversee the installation of security systems in government facilities worldwide. These key roles include managing on-site installation teams, working with project management teams in the US. will work collaboratively, and act as a focal point of contact for government clients They will have security in working as well as managing business services.

Specific responsibilities:

Lead and supervise site deployment teams, ensuring that security systems such as CCTV, access roads, alarm panels, IP cameras and public information systems to be installed in government offices are properly installed.

Assign daily tasks to the team and conduct inspections throughout the installation of the equipment, ensuring that all projects meet government and NEC standards and guidelines.

Act as the primary point of contact (POC) between the client (government) and the project management team in the US. between, ensure clear communication by providing updates and satisfaction with project progress.

Liaise with project management team to align project objectives, timelines, and deliverables, as well as report project status to address any potential delays.

Actively participate in design and material lifting (MTO) reviews to ensure compliance with practical installation standards and project installation requirements.

Monitor installation schedule, ensure all project milestones are met and schedule necessary resources to maintain project timeline.

Serves as a point of contact for safety and security issues for the installation team and clients, ensuring compliance with all safety and security procedures for the team and site.

Review and submit weekly installation deliverables, including time sheets and cost reports, including project status reports, schedules, and performance records.

Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the installation team, ensuring all members follow proper procedures and procedures.

Ensure compliance with safety codes, building codes and customer specific requirements.

Troubleshoot installation problems, provide hands-on support as needed, and guide the team to resolve technical challenges in the field.

Key Skills and Abilities:

Strong leadership and project management skills with proven ability to lead and motivate teams within the project.

Hands-on experience in installing and maintaining security systems including CCTV, alarm panels, access control and associated infrastructure.

Extensive knowledge of construction or electrical work with ability to troubleshoot and provide field assistance when needed.

Experience managing complex schedules and ensuring timely completion.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as the primary liaison between the office and the client.

Strong organizational skills, including the ability to review and maintain established documents and business records.

Knowledge of safety and security standards and procedures.

Salary :

$46.35 - $81.11
