Known for its award-winning wines, outstanding service, and delicious food, Napa Rose is on the guest list for fine dining experiences We are looking for a team member to continue the outstanding legacy of Napa Rose. The guest/cashier is the first and last person our guests see when they visit our restaurant. This person will greet our guests with a smile, start their journey with us, and pick up a heavy phone and record the reservations.

Responsibilities :
1 Provide exceptional guest service in fine dining with a focus on creating a superior dining experience.
2 Assist guest service with directions, event scheduling and other information and assistance as needed to provide excellent guest service.
3 Record guest information and quote specific times based on restaurant conditions and staffing levels.
4 Allow guests access to the restaurant and assist with guest information for special events and celebrations.
5 Escort guests to their tables, watch the menu decrease, watch the restaurant entrance. Provide high chairs, slings and boosters for younger guests. Pull out chairs for guests.
6 Answer the phone in a timely manner and document all reservation bookings, instructions and other inquiries. Avoid using jargon and sentence fragments and use appropriate language techniques to improve fluency.
7 Ability to note any phone messages and return guest calls in a timely manner.
Special Requirements :
- You must be 18 years of age to be considered for this role.
- 1+ years experience in high volume fine dining restaurants.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Interested in guest experience and development.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast-paced environment.
The pay for this role in California is $20.00 per hour.
