Description :

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Call Center Agent to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for partnering with businesses in the US. communicate via telephone and provide digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset and a passion for digital marketing.

Salary :

25000 To 35000

Time :

Saturday & Sunday are off

Key Responsibilities:

1 Make outbound calls to US-based businesses.

2 Present and promote digital marketing services and graphic design including SEO, web development, social media marketing, and other related services.

3 Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits and features of our services.

4 Treat customers well and close the sale.

5 Monthly sales goals and performance measures met and exceeded.

Requirements:

1 Proven experience as a Call Center Agent or in a similar sales role.

2 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3 Strong persuasion and communication skills.

4 Basic understanding of SEO, Web Development, Social Media Marketing and other digital marketing services.

5 Ability to work night shift ( 8: PM - 8: AM) Monday through Friday.

6 Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
