Overview of the project:
Healthy Families (BHF), by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Funded by the Institute for International Development, it seeks to improve health outcomes in Pakistan by strengthening primary health care to promote voluntary family planning (FP) and reproductive, maternal, child promoting the use of newborn and child health (RMNCH) services. The project works closely with the provincial governments of Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and private donors to help the Government of Pakistan achieve its FP2030 targets BHF contributes to a highly efficient health system that is ready to deal with epidemics, and the people of Pakistan , especially The needs of women, children, youth, disadvantaged and marginalized communities are mostly addressed
The program expands the scope of FP/MNCH products and services through private and community-based donors. It examines new and existing high-impact practices, and works with government to maximize the most effective ones.
In addition to the project’s focus on women and girls, BHF reaches out to married men and young people to enable them to connect, ask for and apply skills in needed services. This involves working with health professionals to test, refine, and scale models of youth engagement and counseling. Additionally, BHF implements innovative evidence-based life and behavior change interventions with younger individuals, couples, and men.
Purpose of the project:
Ensure that assigned vehicles are properly driven and maintained to best support program implementation activities in the community. Provide backup support for administration.
Key performance outcomes:
Driving:
Drives vehicles assigned to Pathfinder in authorized areas while obeying Pathfinder and local laws.
Vehicle Safety and Security:
1 :Ensures that specified vehicles are legally fully operational, licensed and insured.
2 :Ensures specified vehicles are properly repaired and serviced.
3 :Ensures that all passengers are securely secured before each trip begins.
4 :Reports any accidents or defects in the vehicle to the record keeper.
5 :It is his responsibility to keep the car neat and clean.
Regular Pretests:
Performs daily pre-service checks on assigned vehicles, including oil level, fluid level, tire pressure, brake fluid level and more
Vehicle mileage record:
Record the exact mileage in a logbook. At the end of the day, review it daily by admin staff and submit monthly mileage summaries to finance.
Repository Interactions:
Loads and unloads. Organizes and organizes items in store as needed.
Business / Logistics Services:
Special support is needed at meetings and on field trips with group members.
